The Department has two tissue culture facilities utilizing three laminar-flow sterile hoods, six independently controlled incubators, and a bioreactor. Expertise is available for somatic cell mutant isolation, somatic cell genetics, development of hybridoma and transfected cell lines, and monoclonal antibody production.
